Grab

There's no Uber in Singapore, but there is Grab. Besides being a rideshare app where you can order everything from a compact car, to a luxury van, to even a 30 person bus on demand (yes, you can actually do this)... it's also the most commonly used food delivery service, and GrabPay can be used across the country to pay "cash" for things (including at hawker centres).

GrabPay also supports crypto, so you can load your account using USDC/USDT on Ethereum, Solana, and other chains. Read more about how this works:

Lazada

The best alternative to Amazon (which does exist too in Singapore) but with a whole lot more, including resale items, grocery items (via RedMart), furniture, electronics, etc.

Deliveroo & Foodpanda

Two of the most popular food delivery apps other than Grab. Deliveroo tends to serve a smaller number of stores, especially premium ones, but has the most reliable delivery; Foodpanda has more stores and is cheaper but delivery can take a bit longer.
