Foreign markets
One great aspect of Singapore being so multicultural is that you can find markets for specialty items from lots of corners of the world, from the Vietnamese markets in Joo Chiat, to Burmese markets near City Hall, to Korean grocery stores around the city (Lee Mart!).
If there isn't a standalone market for it, you can always try RedMart, which allows you to search for groceries from a specific country of your choice, delivered next day.
Online grocery
Redmart, within the Lazada app, is your best bet. It has really wide selection, good prices, and has lots of international food options (see above). You can also download the Fairprice app to order Fairprice groceries delivered to your door for a low fee.

Electronics stores
Most top electronics brands have official stores in Singapore. In our experience, buying online or from official stores yields better results than going to the big box stores, but YMMV.

Shopping online (how most Singaporeans shop)
Shopee & Lazada, SE Asia's largest shopping apps, are both based in Singapore!
Shopee & Lazada are the most popular online stores. They have virtually everything, and most with 1-3 day delivery (depending on whether or not it's available within the country).
Amazon also operates in Singapore (amazon.sg) and has much of the US catalogue available, although shipping times may vary.
