Singapore's MRT (rail) and bus systems are considered some of the best in the world, and 90%+ of the country's population lives within a 5 minute walk of a station or stop.
Many MRT lines run every 3 minutes during peak hours, so you won't be waiting too long for a train to come.
Google Maps works perfectly in Singapore, and realtime train and bus times are available.
Buses also run frequently, and many are double decker buses with plugs, wifi, and nice seating if you're going on a longer journey.
Singapore's Park Connector network means most of the country is bikeable, and bike lanes are never shared with roadways for safety.
Many downtown offices and malls have showers & bike storage, so after a long ride you can freshen up and get to work.
You can use this link to find a park connector near you (or just use Google Maps to find your bike route):
While Uber does not operate in Singapore, there's no shortage of options for rideshare, which are mostly the same:
Grab (which accepts crypto),
Gojek,
TADA (blockchain-based rideshare service, a bit more affordable).
and many more.
You can also download the ComfortDelGro app (CDG Zig), the official taxi app of the largest taxi company in Singapore, which can often be more affordable as there are no surge prices during peak times.
A 15 minute taxi or rideshare ride costs anywhere from $6-10 USD.
